We had a lovely time at the hotel, especially enjoying the large room with two queen beds and how nice the breakfast was with tasty biscuits. The indoor pool was a great place to chill in the evenings. There were comfy sun loungers by the poolside as well! Just a heads up, the cleaning could've been a little more frequent, but it didn't ruin our stay. 😊

Had a great time with my friends! The hotel was a perfect base for our adventures, especially enjoying the nearby golf courses. We also had fun at the local casinos. The breakfast was awesome, and the staff made sure everything was stocked and clean. Definitely a solid stay, and we might come back!

The only downside was the air conditioner in our room. it was quite loud and disrupted our sleep.

However, breakfast was disappointing as they ran out of coffee cups and waffle batter for 30 minutes. Additionally, the outside door's lack of security was concerning. While local jams were a nice touch at breakfast, improvements in food service and security are necessary to enhance the experience.

This place was just a proper fit for a relaxing holiday in Ruidoso with incredible value for money. The comfy beds really made a big difference after a long day of activities. Just note that there might be a wait for ice since only one machine was working.

The indoor heated pool offers a comforting retreat, perfect after a long day in the New Mexico mountain air. Rooms feature spacious designs—ours had comfortable seating with a sofa and ample desk space, making downtime enjoyable.

The unpleasant odors lingered in the hallways and certain rooms, which is definitely not ideal for a relaxing stay. We had to deal with two broken amenities, the shower head was clogged, leading to frustrating water flow issues. Additionally, the breakfast area felt cramped at times, which could leave guests scrambling for seating, particularly during busy mornings.
